I'm having trouble logging in
If you can't log into the Staking platform, work through these suggestions:
- Check that you're not using a VPN. Using a VPN can interfere with login authentication, which is managed through Auth0. Turn it off and retry entering your login details.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Click for instructions for Chrome, Brave, Safari (Mac only), Edge, or Firefox.
- Check that you're using the right URL for the login page. The app's login link (app.staking.consensys.io) immediately redirects to an Auth0 URL (looking something like
codefi-staking-prod.eu.auth0.com
), but the Auth0 URL does not work in isolation; you need to go via the Staking app link and be redirected. If relevant, check to see if you have saved the Auth0 link in your bookmarks/favorites, and swap it out forhttps://app.staking.consensys.io/
