I'm having trouble logging in

If you can't log into the Staking platform, work through these suggestions:

  1. Check that you're not using a VPN. Using a VPN can interfere with login authentication, which is managed through Auth0. Turn it off and retry entering your login details.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Click for instructions for Chrome, Brave, Safari (Mac only), Edge, or Firefox.
  3. Check that you're using the right URL for the login page. The app's login link (app.staking.consensys.io) immediately redirects to an Auth0 URL (looking something like codefi-staking-prod.eu.auth0.com), but the Auth0 URL does not work in isolation; you need to go via the Staking app link and be redirected. If relevant, check to see if you have saved the Auth0 link in your bookmarks/favorites, and swap it out for https://app.staking.consensys.io/.
